what do you get when you mix an embedded bottle cap in the front tyre, a turn one corner entry speed of about 105, and championship stakes on the line...rollover the image above to see our glad to be walking future WERA regional champ and his rather thwacked Ducati 996...

in view on the first pic is the bottle cap placed where it was pulled from, my two fingers showing where the front tyre locked as Rusty went into the brake zone for the high speed turn one jump off the start line...then in the rolled over image, we see Rusty who is miraclously standing, albeit horrifically sore, and with a wrist that he does not yet know is broken and will require a cast (good thing for he borrowed John Berry's fast Honda RC51 for the next weekend to win the championship before the cast was applied - sick bastard)...not to mention a hamburger looking knee from the leathers heating up as he spilled across the tarmac...

note to self, CHECK THE FRIGGIN' TYRES before giving the scoot a good flog...
